The Finance Act 2022 introduced a requirement for employers to report details of certain payments made to employees and directors from 1 January 2024, subject to a Commencement Order. From that date, if an employer makes certain payments to its employees and directors, then they must submit the details to Revenue on or before the payment date to the employee.
